spill it aubbies. it happens to be the same weekend as LSU's big camp(right?) and should be a good indicator of interest at least from Lache's standpoint.

Stars and stripes weekend prolly having 4 or 5 decent commits hopefully it will trigger bigger names...I'm predicting Corey Grant
DJ Howard
Bonomolo
Dakota Moseley

tiny tiny tiny possibility of Michael Dyer commiting, that's the rumor swirling but I highly doubt it.

AU is passing out some serious Jack!

How else do you explain a 5-19 coach getting these kind of recruiting scoops?

Maybe they really know the sport of football and realize just because you start 5-19 at a piss poor school doesnt mean you're destined to be a horrible coach your entire career.

See Mack Brown starting 2-20 his first two years and Frank Beamer being 5-17 in his first two seasons at VT

I doubt anyone is "dreaming" about Howard. He probably didn't realize uat is about to offer him as a RB.

They missed out on their top 5 RB prospects... then again, whoever they sign this year is going to be playing backup for years to come, so it doesn't really matter.

This must be the latest pill the Barners are taking.

The part he is leaving out is where Brown turned UNC around prior to getting a better job at Texas (unlike their new coach).

Brown had 7 good seasons in a row from 1990 to 1998. He finished as the ACC runner up three times.

Its not like the guy got hired after going 2-20 over two years. I don't know a school in the country other than Auburn that would hire somebody with that kind of record.

Agreed, with one 4 star verbal, AU has opened up a serious can of recruiting whup-arse this year. They have a legit shot at a top 20 class and should be feared greatly.

Actually Andrew Bone said Bama will likely offer and that will end his recruiting process but they will offer him at safety.

If we lost Reed it wouldn't hurt us on the field just our pride knowing one of the best in the state decided to go elsewhere like JM.

Umm, yes it would. We're thin at WR after not signing many the last couple of years.

Umm, maybe a little, but I am banking that we get what we want next year and we have two very good ones this year committed. Reed will not make or break us.

We may need the help next year considering we lose Lafell and Mitchell. And Reed is better than Hunter (until he puts on 20lbs of muscle) or Davis.

I thought the same thing but AB is our scout analyst who spoke with Howard and he said he was open to playing that position and bama was supposedly thinking of extending an offer as a safety. I didnt just make it up.
