Flower Mound Marcus will be playing Dallas Jesuit tonight and will be streamed live on CW33.com. Also, the UHF station 33 in Dallas will be showing the game tape delayed at 7PM tomorrow night.

Is Walker Howard finally playing? Wasn't he the backup until this season?

Would like to see him make some better decisions, but that’ll come with better coaching and more experience. Kid is accurate and has a cannon, hes got a bright future. May be our guy after brennan

he's getting too loose out there right now and starting to play messy. He's definitely talented though and we got a good one!

Absolutely immature with ball security and decision making but he's a threat with his arm and feet, smart, and a good, confident leader.

Wow that was a Joe Burrow imitation.

50+ yard throw on the dead run right on target, touchdown.

That was a ridiculous throw. Afterwards Nuss ran down the field and cramped up.

Sideline view makes it look like a laser guided missile dropping on target. LINK

This comparison may not go over well here but he reminds me so much of a high school Shea Patterson. Extreme swag and a lot of what could be considered cockiness. This is a big complement actually because Patterson in high school was a stud!! Kid's tools are undeniable.

The way he throws on the run is also similar to Shea. Physical maturity is probably the main difference between the 2, I think Shea was already around 200 his senior year in HS.

GN looked fantastic....threw for almost 400 yards completing 67% of his passes with 4 TDs and 1 meaningless INT when it was 3rd and 20 at midfield and threw the ball to the endzone. BTW, the announcers came down far too hard on him for that. Hate to point this out but the WRer got BOTH hands on the ball and the CB simply took it away from him and who cares about an INT in that situation anyway (3rd and 20). He also had two 20+ yard runs. I tell you what...reminds me a lot of Joe Burrow...quick release, moves very well, stronger arm than Burrow, and scans the field well. The best pass he threw was running to the sidelines he threw the ball 55 yards in the air...all arm as he never set his feet...and yep, a TD. His worst play was having the ball knocked out of his hand on a weak pass rush and lost the fumble. Marcus won the game by 17 I think. Anyway, bad news is with the late start of TX higher class football (5A and 6A), the playoffs will be a bit later this year. GN was going to enroll early and IF they go deep in the playoffs, he would stay in school an extra semester. The good news is I don't that FMM is going deep in the playoffs...they have a poor running game and their defense isn't that good either. One more note...there is a WRer named Sturdivant (wears #7) that LSU offered along with everyone else on the planet (#180 rated player nationally) and he chose Cal-Berkeley. Watch out for this guy...he is going to be a star!

I'll throw a difference to SP in GN's favor. SP never took care of the ball, even at Michigan...way too many fumbles and way too many bad decisions. Right now in HS, I think GN has better ball security than SP had his SR season at Michigan and before that. GN's INT tonight in the endzone was not remotely a bad decision on 3rd and 20 at the 50. He did have the one fumble on a blitz. SP made horrible decisions IMO the 2 years he played at Michgian and I believe the guy didn't even get drafted right?

Really sad that announcers don't have the brains to assess a play correctly like that interception.

It was essentially a punt.
