Akeem Olaujuwan was probably the best big man ever. He was the most athletic, by far and away the best shooter and shot blocker of the big men. But Wilt and Shaq were also great.

Guys, you just sound dumb. Learn some basketball history.
Wilt 7’1”, Shaq 7’0”
Wilt 310 playing weight, shaq 315-30 at best
4.6 40 for wilt; 5.8 for shaq
12’9” max reach wilt, 12’5” shaq
Bench press; wilt 500 lbs, did 465 at 59
Shaq highest ever 450

I mean I love Shaq, and tough to compare eras. Wanna say Shaq was better cause of rings fine, it’s a debate. However, to act like Shaq would destroy wilt is a homer comment at best, and ignorant at worst.

With all that said, love me some Shaq way more than wilt. But go watch some wilt videos. May surprise you guys.

When would Shaq and Wilt have run a 40 yard dash?

It’s funny you guys don’t know. He was a track star. He’s also in the volleyball hof.

Wilt was fast
Wilt was at a party with legendary NFL running back Jim Brown when they got into an argument about who is faster. So they did what any two athletes would do and they went outside, took their shoes off and raced. Wilt won. Jim was mad and raced Wilt again. Wilt won again.
Here are tangibles, not a story. As a Kansas track and field athlete, Wilt ran a sub-eleven second 100m, a forty-nine second 400m in “baggy sweats”, and a 1:58.3 second 800m. All while being a 7’1” Goliath of a man.

Wilt just looked fast because he played against inferior talent.
See if you can find a video of LA vs Milwauke first game. First game Jabber scored fifty vs Chamberlain. Every game after that Wilt would put his hand on Jabber's hip. Each time Jabber shot his sky hook, Chamberlin would give him a stiff arm shot on his hip.
Chamberlin at 350 lbs and Jabber much more slender, this had an effect.
NBA is an entertainment not a sport, so they decided not to call a foul.
