We signed the best two WRs in the country in Chase and Marshall.....

It's bigger versions of Odell and Juice.

It was our biggest need too.

No it wasn't. That was cornerback of which we signed 0. I'm very happy with the WR haul but we have 10 on the roster already

With nobody to throw them the ball. I hope we have plenty of jet sweeps in the playbook for them.

See thats just stupid....Brennan showed a quick release and processed quickly too in the terrible situations he was placed.....I like our future in the passing game despite you being a bitch.

You’re a complete idiot that obviously doesn’t see the talent in Brennan. Go back to sleep and don’t ever wake up

Everybody would rather talk about the girl that turned them down. But I think Chase is first rounder. I'd rather have a 1st round home state kid if I can't have them both.

Same shite that got Miles in trouble. Signing multiple elite players at one position while completely missing on other areas of need.

No guarantee these 2 will be either. Just pointing out that our biggest need this signing period was corner and we failed to bring one in

They have talent but need to be developed. Hopefully Sullivan does that. Some positions are now lacking talent.

Usually you recruit a QB to grow up with the stud WRs you recruited. Brennan will probably be gone before these guys are even thought about in the NFL. Brennan is not going to be great this season. You can get over that because it's not likely. Maybe by his Junior year if he lasts that long. Offense going to be really bad so brace for it. Just letting you know don't get your hopes up too high. They're young in every position on offense and you don't exactly have a great OC to help out either.

It's actually comical when you look at it. O had a really good QB in Louisiana this year finally and he couldn't even get him interested in LSU. He went all out for Foster and neglected any backup plan. He got fricked from every angle. So now you have problems at CB especially if any injuries happen. I'm not even mad I just think it's funny.

Man you frickers are missing the point of this thread.....the point is to talk about WR class...not to talk about other aspects that you want to piss and moan about..

Yes, that's one positive out of a crappy day. LSU is loaded at wide receiver.

I'm sorry did I hit a nerve? If you like facts I can show them to you. Guess how many freshman QBs have been average to above-average in the SEC? It doesn't happen very often. His OC is Steve E. He's learning a new system. He doesn't have the stud RB behind him. New offensive lineman. Potentially new WRs. Not looking pretty especially from a chemistry standpoint. It's going to be ugly next season on offense just hope you know that.

Not saying Brennan lacks talent, I'm saying he's not going to be good NEXT season. Going to have to be patient with him but tiger fans always love the next guy off the bench. It will be Narcisse and when he struggles they'll want the next guy. That's your cycle with LSU football for about 10+ years now.

Not really. LSU is 12 deep in WR's I think with the addition of JaMarr Chase now. They have S Sullivan, Dee Anderson, J Giles, J Jefferson, D Davis, D Dillon, R McMath, M Netherly, J Jenkins, K Jones, and those two you named T Marshall, and J Chase.

but it is a ridiculously loaded talented WR's corps with size, speed and all. I'll tell you what though, if Ensminger doesn't come up with the strong passing attack that he's promising, you will see more of these guys transfer like the ones before them. These players want to catch the ball and not watch a dominant running attack like they have been for awhile now.

To be fair, I think WR was a need because the guys currently on the roster have done absolutely nothing. They've actually looked really bad at times. I wouldn't be surprised to see attrition there and Marshall will probably come right in and start. It might be deep but it's up for grabs too. You could see Chase opposite of Marshall because none of the guys ahead of them have shown anything.

You didn't hit a nerve don't give yourself that much credit. Brennan will be just fine next year. Freshman qbs have done just fine most recently if you look at the books. We can utilize Hurts and Fromm for exhibit A and B. Secondly, he'd be a fricking sophomore so there is that lacking aspect of your critique.

Next, our line is going to be a strong point of the offense next year. RBs at LSU have never been a problem and I don't expect it to be any different now. I'm glad you got your opportunity to shite on E. Good for you.
