someone mentioned that Odell Beckham is a coach and unless he does it part time, and being in the same business it would be very part time, he isn't. Also, OB Sr loves LSU and I would be absolutely floored if OB Jr isn't a Tiger sooner or later

i wouldntt automatically assume him to be a tiger, definetly dont book it. He could easily end up else where, hes lookin around right now. He could end up at LSU but iff itss so definite why hasnt he commited already??

You can't use this argument because, as we have seen, some guys just want to look around and enjoy the experience. Guys like Mingo, Jordan Allen come to mind. They were always going to be Tigers. I suspect Sylvie and Robinson are in that category.

Now, I don't know if Beckham is going to be at LSU or not but you can't use that logic. I think if we want him then we have got him however. Don't know that we'll put the full-court press on for a bit though.

Only CPA and Ocean know the answer to that.

they did try to steer vinson. Not away from LSU, but to look at other schools based on academic reasons not just football. Nothing wrong with that.

So is he no longer 60-40?

more like 40-60. I'm sure he'll come back around but the problem is that his offer is at DB and he would much rather play WR. Kind of like Fobbs last year until we switched his offer in the weeks leading up to NSD.

It's not that much of a disparity. It's still 60-40.

I have never sewn the kid play. Does he have a future at WR from what I read he is a beast at CB.

I think his future is most definitely brighter as a WR then as a DB. His tackling would be very questionable at the next level. But he is an absolute animal at WR just needs a little more size.

I think he is a good wr prospect but his best opportunity for playing time at LSU is at cb.If he doesn't want to come for that reason then that's his choice.i wouldn't take him at wr over any of the 3 guys we want(Landry,Lewis,Sylve)or over some of the OOS wrs we're recruiting. He just doesn't have the same value as a wr to me.I still want him to be a Tiger but he's just lower on the board if it's as a wr.
