LSU 4* recruit gets LSU BUMP bitches, moves up from 243 to 124, from 89.17 to 93.14 all the way up to 16 WR and probably rising again. Now that’s a little respect for Miller and the LSU Tigahs! Way to go and congratulations Omario Miller!!

LSU commit Omarion Miller makes huge move into Top 150 prospects

quote:

An audit of the receivers in the previous version of the Top247 within the past month revealed that Miller clearly deserved to be higher than a number of the guys ahead of him, based on what we know at this time," 247Sports national recruiting analyst Gabe Brooks said of Miller's rise. "While we don't have verified data regarding Miller's true speed, he plays fast enough on the field and does a whole lot of things well.

North Caddo offensive coordinator Reagan Smith has worked closely with Miller the last couple of years and quickly recognized his work ethic and skillset.

“He has incredible consistency with a demeanor and level of competitiveness you do not see often,” Smith said earlier this spring. “He’s got a collection of skills that are broader than most kids his age. He has incredible speed, body control, short space ability, size; most kids have a couple of those traits, but he has them all.”

Smith compares Miller to another big-play threat from LSU he coached in high school who just went in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft after a stellar career with the Tigers.

“He’s got the size like Terrace (Marshall) had when he was a sophomore, but he has better short space ability than Terrace had,” he explained. “That is what separates the two. Terrace is going to get his in the NFL, and Omarion’s ceiling is extremely high, even a little higher.”

I own some property in Bivins Tx with a nice little cabin on it. One Friday evening after a hunt, gonna slide over to Vivian and see if he can ball.

If this statement is anywhere close to accurate (and I certainly assume it is), then I was confused why he was initially rated so much lower. Nice work on the revaluation and hope he continues to rise and continues the WRU legacy that has long been established.

What is short space? I have followed this board daily since I joined in 2011 and have never heard that term. TIA

Another term for “short area quickness” basically meaning you couldn’t tackle him in a phone booth

No I own a hunting ranch in Texas, nah I’m kidding but I’d love to hunt at your place any time you need a sub. That’s subtle enough for you.

Always look'n for pig killers. You could shoot a truck load a day and not make a dent. Deer herd suffers because of the pigs.
