There was nothing in this interview (on Rivals) to make you think anyone has a better chance than us. He even says "They're DBU" and only mentions running track (which he wants to do) whilst talking LSU.
Of course, we'd have to find a spot for him! Not a 'must get'. Just a nice addition.

I just love when "recruiting junkies" say stuff like "We need to stop wasting our staff's man-hours" on some kid or the other.

What kind of time are you thinking is involved here??? A 30 secoond text here and a 5 minute phone call there??? Do you really think this is going to prevent our staff from spending the appropriate amount of time with other kids???

And let's not forget the number of unlikely signees Miles/staff have pulled out of the hat over the past few years (in the final days). And for a kid with Jackson's talent, there is simply no downside to putting the full-court press on in an attempt to get him to sign with us.

Priest Willis signed with UCLA how that work out for us? We didn't sign him lol.

sarcasm. Everyone else said it already, but in all seriousness, this dude is a baller. Id have the staff on him until he committed elsewhere...probably stay on him at that point even.

This kid is a beast. You have to take a chance with him. Some of the best feet I've seen, and I know people will over use this comparison, but looks like a Tyraan type player...
