re: NIL and LSU

Yes we do…these schools aren’t giving out millions on top of millions of dollars to these kids so we can absolutely afford it. We have always been able to compete, there’s nothing new here. Y’all need to quit saying this crap and creating the negative narrative that lsu is broke. We have tons of freakn money. LSU has the highest paid coaches in America. If we can afford to compete in that area then there is nothing stopping us from competing in all areas. We might have to get slightly more creative but so be it, get creative! Pay the damn top level players what they worth, get them here, win some championships, dominate college football and they’ll fix it.

The problem is that our HC, on multiple occasions has stated that he won’t get into bidding wars and that’s fine if you want to say that publicly but they better change that philosophy privately or be part of the bidding war in a few years. LSU will have to do something in the short term at the very least. Until this thing is figured out. I know exactly how to get them to fix it too, by LSU whipping everyone’s butt in recruiting. We start doing that and they’ll have this thing fixed in a hurry.
