New Zach Mettenberger footage

Zach doesn't have much JUCO footage on Rivals/Scout/Youtube. At least there are a few more game film highlights LSU is showing that I've never seen before.
There's some new clips of Freak & Landry & Hilliard I've never seen before either, mixed in with some known footage.

The 3 things that leap out to me from that video of Mett is this,
1 - he does a good job finding the one-on-one matchup avoiding throwing into double/triple coverage that leads to interceptions
2 - his accuracy on short, medium, and deep throws is superb
3 - he has enough arm strength to get the ball to the receiver down the sideline before the safety can get over to help

That #1 receiver should have came with mett in a package deal IMO

I agree, whom ever #1 is that he is throwing to should get an offer as well. If you have a receiver and a QB that are in sync and know what each other is doing at all times it is worth a chance.

Metts biggest pros are his accuracy and decision making is right on point...If Krag is as good as he is suppose to be with developing QBs, he could potentially be one of the best.....Think anyone would trust drafting a #1 qb from LSU again? lol

As we all know here at LSU, WR's hands have something to do with low completion percentage sometimes. I'm not saying I've watched all of Mett's games, but I'd expect some of those jucos dropped some passes.

He had more TDs last year at juco than JJ has had his whole career..yes its juco but now mett gets better WR's, coaches, lines

He looks pretty good. Not as bad as us signing JJ and letting Damaris Johnson go to Tulsa though. we got JJ and Tulsa got the now all-time leader in All purpose yardage.
