I have little to no hope for this at all. I’ll choose to accept he’s not coming and then be very pleasantly surprised if O can pull some magic.

Yes, we all recognize the name connection and O & T-Rob’s connections from USC, but Cali is still a LONG way away. We just haven’t had success with the West Coast.

They've been watching film and doing camp evals. I like the bump up in rankings for Christian Harris, Bobby Wolfe, and Erick Young.

So who's gonna tell us about the S from Slidell ranked in the top 200?

You think Emery will come with both Davis and Cain on board?

It’s been discussed with all three. It isn’t a problem.

I love Ishmael Birdine. Dudes close to getting an offer. Will only rise in the rankings.

Overall these rankings are pretty fricking trash. Trey Palmer 100 spots below Devonta Les is insane. Palmer is easily the better receiver. Grant Gunnell dropping 60 spots is also asinine. Don’t know what they’re doing ranking Devin Bush so low either. Barton Simmons is a hack.

2 kids from Amite in the top 50 including the #1 player in the country! Wow!

Odds of LSU getting all 3 RB's is slim. I expect them to sign 2 of the 3.

Only drama is which 2.

Agree about Palmer and don't know how Gunnell dropped so far. Honestly don't pay too much attention to rankings this early. Shorts and t shirt season hasn't started yet. That's all that really matters to the people ranking kids.
Seems to me most of the big risers were from CA. Takes the services a while to place the west coast kids and then figure it out once the camp season starts In earnest

Where? Mildly discussed at best.

I just dont expect emery to commit with those on board.

Mother of God, Georgia ripped tits this year and has 3 of the top 10 committed already for 2019.

Well Smart isn't going anywhere because UGA is his dream school to be the HC, so unless he wants to go to the NFL - why he will have more security and actually make more money at UGA - then what we are looking at is the start of a Bama type dynasty for UGA.

Come on BeBe you have some catching up to do!!!!

Don't get me wrong, they'll be good but no,..... no one is like Saban. I don't think Kirby can win 5 National championships in 9 years.

You are correct there is only one Saban, but Smart won the SEC and had UGA in the Naty title game in year 2. He has the top rated recruiting class this year and UGA's in the East. On top of the fact he is a good coach and great recruiter and Georgia is a very fertile recruiting state. No make no mistake about UGA is making a statement in the SEC and Nationally.

Rivals will update their 2019 rankings this month. That will have an impact on the 247 composite rankings. Let’s hope they get it right though balance things out.

Always amazes me how loaded and talented the state of Georgia is. They have 3 of the top 10 and 4 of the top 15.

Davis is legit and was offered by everyone. He is in our backyard. You take kids like they every year. 3 rbs in this class is possible especially if we’re only needing 1 qb. Foster being in this class ideally.

I feel like offering Davis from SL early was a mistake.

With these offers?

Alabama
Auburn
Florida
Oklahoma State
Oregon State
Tennessee
Arizona State
Colorado
Michigan
Mississippi State
Oklahoma
USC

I don't agree at all, and I haven't even watched his film...

Are either of them as good as Chase and Marshall? Palmer needs to put on some muscle.

Let me simplify, i have seen both play and Emery is the better back by a large margin.

Quicker, better foot work, faster, and text book cut back runner in a spread system.

Davis more a power type back who has good visiom with good foot work, but not as quick, better catching the ball out of the backfield, or faster.

Emery is the best back ive seen ao far this year. He is currently nationally ranked number 4 and expect him to finish in the top 2 before season is over.

I understand the other 2 may be better.... so you think taking him early lessens our chances with Emery and Cain?
Does Davis compare to Darrell Williams, kind of?
