I mean he was objectively under-ranked too
Yeah definitely was, but he was at least a low 4 star / high 3 star. I think Sheppard is majorly under-ranked and under-recruited, but it’s not really comparable yet.

Sure, that’s convenient
If you believe it’s committable then idk what to tell you. It’s pretty obvious it’s not. Their recruiting insiders don’t even know who he is.

Took me about :15 to disprove that. Zach Berry writes for their On3 site lol

Bro you said you want to see him get an offer from Ole Miss, and he already got one.
Yet, you ask if I’m retarded? OK!

I hope Sheppard continues to be under recruited
Would love to have him on campus in Durham in August

An actual committable offer. Sheppard is a great back (reminds me of Brossstte) and i’d love for LSU to take him as a 3rd RB in this class (or 2nd if Berry moves to being a slot WR) but all this hooplah just isn’t warranted. If more coaching staffs liked him, he wouldn’t be as under recruited as he is.

I bet you would. Duke would be a nice spot for him, but the kid is an SEC guy and I want to see him go to OM or State (like I previously mentioned) or maybe Arkansas.

I hope the appeal of being a likely starter as a freshman is more appealing to him than the game day crowds and scope of the program.
That’s the advantage Manny Diaz can push.
I understand many would go with Ole Miss or Arkansas though.

I mean Sampson had better offers and was a 4 star who ran a sub 10.5, and I was screaming from the rooftops that LSU needed to get him. These comparisons just don’t make much sense though. Sheppard is a future 1k rusher somewhere, but idk what you’re arguing.

Wasn’t Sampson a 4 star, top 20 RB?

No, cmon. Not with that offer list?

Yes, with that offer list. I think you completely missed the part where I said I wan Sheppard in this class

Josh Williams has a scholarship from LSU. You think an offer from Colorado is better?
