Obviously the class of 2027 is WAY into the future, and you never know what will happen between now and then, but it is interesting to note Nussmeier's younger brother is a (likely) 5 star QB in that class too. He's already taller than Garrett. However, his throwing motion is a bit funky right now (compared to Garrett). That may be because he is left handed. It's unlikely both prospects would sign with LSU if both are still 5 star guys by the time signing day comes. Of course, having to choose between 2 of the top QBs in the nation is not a bad problem to have.

Definitely think we'll be targeting 2 guys for 2027 because we just have no traction in 2026 really it seems at QB and 2027 is just LOADED. Nuss' younger brother and Haven would be helluva good lands for us. If 1 of them reclassified into 2026 it would make it even better, but not necessary so long as we can get 2 quality 2027 kids to campus either way. It's hard to have 2 top QBs in the same class, they know ultimately only 1 of them will really start.
