I'm hearing we're turning up the heat on this kid as a corner prospect. He's supposed to visit on June 21st.

Damn, not many kids can make a catch like that in traffic. Hope he can do it with pads on and hold on to the ball after a hit.

Great catch. How many DBs do you think the staff take this class?

They're definitely going after longer corners than are currently on the roster. I'd say they always want to sign at least 3-4 corners every class and 2-3 safety's to account for inevitable attrition.

I’ll take a Corey Raymond 2 star corner over a 4 star CB from the other secondary coach we just fired. I can’t even remember his name and I’m thankful I won’t have to anymore.

Yeah I know he likes his corners around 6'1-6'2 range. I need to look at how many corners on roster below 6 foot.

He is in high school, but his offer to LSU is at corner.

Probably plays both positions for his high school which is very normal. Staff might have told him they are interested in him playing CB at next level.

6'2 175. Looks like a Corey Raymond builder type.

Jay Ward rounded out at about 6'1 190 at the combine
Greedy Williams 6'2 166 was 6'2 185 at the combine
Jalen Collins 6'2 175 was 6'1.5 200 at the combine
Rashard Robinson 6'2 165 was 6'2 177 at the combine

Damn, rivals has him as the 7th ranked receiver.

Their evaluations are always so different compared to on3/247
