As LSU fans, shame on you both. The proper spelling is "seaux" (actually sow is correct).

And thats fine, but just don't make a commitment a year away and hold it for 10 months and THEN decide to back out of it. If you're at all unsure, DON'T commit.
Well said.

It's not just the kids fault it's the coaches who now feel the need to get commits prior to the kid's senior season.

No offense Bronson but this place is already teetering on the edge of the stupidity abyss. The last thing we need right now is some poor dumb bastard from Alabamy to start dropping some pearls of country-fried wisdom on us.

If we begin to debate the merits of filterless smokes or NASCAR, feel free to jump in, but otherwise please refrain.

Grown men pissing, moaning and throwing hissy fits about where an 18 year old chooses to go to college is why this board is a joke.

I have many friends in Oak Cliff and Kessler Park. They are "entrenched homeowners" who have lived there for generations - and I don't mean in a "hood" sense. They don't branch out - and that's their prerogative. Wasn't implying anything unseemly.

Davis doesn't strike me as the "momma's boy" type...but if he is - I stand by my comment.

The more likely reason is that Davis did not like the usage ($) of freshman Ruben Randle this season, saying that there was "something wrong" with his number of touches and felt that LSU was underutilizing all of their receivers, which, Davis said, "worries me a bit." In addition, the use of speedy freshman Russell Shepard fell short of expectations and the offense as a whole underperformed considerably, ranking near the bottom of the country in total offense.

Per burntorangenation.

Cant say I blame the kid.

Good Luck Mike Davis.

You can consider me an unbiased LSU fan who doesn't hide from the truth.

Can you blame him? If he wants to get to the NFL and watched LSU and UT this season, its pretty obvious who sets him up better for that.

If every bit of what's quoted "Per burntorangenation" is directly from Davis' mouth... that's a whole 6 words with a bunch of interpretation all around it.

Add it to the list of truths he's racked up in recent weeks.

There are guys out there still unsigned that will be a better fit for LSU in the long term... I'm no longer interested in anything Davis-related until the point when/if he actually does something on the field.

The key words are "this season".... and this season is over.
