Sold, get that man a bag of cash (accidentally of course). What church does he attend?

I'm sorry but slicing up the Juco playoffs is a lot different from slicing up the SEC. He still doesn't have me sold.

Junior college is way worse than the SEC, but he almost threw as many TDs in one game as we threw in a season. Junior college is still a step above high school. He can't be any worse than JJ and JL as far as passing.

He proved himself. Let's see if Mett can do the same.

If he can do half of that every week, it's a huge step up.

I'm not saying he's bad. I'm just not sold on him being the best, but I'm like that with everybody who comes into the conference and that includes recruits.

Zach Mettenberger
Season stats
GP Effic Cmp-Att-Int Pct Yards TD Long
11 172.1 159-271-3 58.7 2512 31 81
Avg/G

I think its safe to say he can throw better than the qb's we have on campus. He definitely can't hurt us.

can the guy read coverages and go to the 2nd or 3rd or 4th option? if so, he's better than jj.

can he manage a pocket? if so, he's better than jlee.

i'm all for this kid coming here. i don't want philip river's brother being the next option after the guys we have now.

It would be a sin if he didn't start over Lee and Jefferson next year.
