I hope all the assholes out there that blasted Randall as an anti LSU person sit back and realize that jumping to conclusions and being emotional makes you look like an arse.

I remember people jumped all over Brady James when Saban first got to Bama. The report of him helping there was also false.

I always liked Randall he wasn't the best QB ever, but I never doubted he give it his all and best. Was always willing to try and get a tough yard.

Not to mention his kid is a stud and IMO is going to have physical tools his dad didn't have.

Cmon guys, burn those bridges

Based on Marcus's comments there seems to be a glimmer of hope.

Remember 3 years ago when Hootie played this game when we were all over Jamal Adams. They were trying to get us to turn our attention back to Hootie and piss off Jamal....Be on the lookout for a Saban Rope-a-dope

He's done it before, he'll do it again

This is why Will Ignont is at TN. We were holding out false hope for Moses and he said OK, I'll go where I'm wanted

What do you expect him to say? His phone has been getting hammered by ex players

I'm assuming there was an issue with the former staff. Now he probably feels better and is "trying" to help.

The stupid thing is if these kids would just realize they can easily make a difference and put there home team over the top.

Sure he loves LSU. But he doesn't despise Bama like we do. That's all we're saying here.

He should. And not very Saban coached played respected him. Ben Wilkerson would probably want to kill him with his bare hands. So would Ronnie Prude:).

It's not false hope, it's being honest.

Coach O has to make an effort to make alumni like Marcus continue to feel connected to the program. Very important.

Agreed. Very smart on O's part to make it a concerted effort to keep this going.

If Allen is anything like Moses, these kids are all about themselves. It's whatever is the hot team at the moment. They don't look at anything past that. Hell, we are talking about a kid that has been shopped around since 8th grade, rolled out on his high school team, and commits to Alabama after being committed to LSU. Loyalty does not exist to most of these kids. They don't believe in their own abilities and would rather hop on whatever train is the easiest. All LSU can do is stop the train.

I've seen him play.. and it's a little early to say that. He's like 7 years old.

people should maybe keep in mind that Randall didnt just play for LSU, he was born in BR, he went to Glen Oaks, his brother was the QB at Southern, now he's at Lab, he was at Scotlandville before that.

the guy is Louisiana through and through, i dont think hes gonna betray all that just for a few years as a part time starter under Saban.

He's 9. Have you seen Marcus working with him on his throws?

I assume he'll have his fathers stature, and he's faster than his dad was. You're correct that it's too early to know, but the odds are in his favor.
