Manny Miles visiting LSU this weekend

I see that Manny Miles is on a "recruiting trip" to LSU this weekend. I was shocked to see that he was listed as a 3 * quarterback. I've never seen the kid take a snap in his life. Can someone give me the scoop here. Recruiting services show that he's 100% Michigan. Does he even have an offer? Will he even play college football?

Well i believe that he did start at U-high for their state championship.
However from what i've heard on here, his future is baseball
Also for what its worth he doesn't have an offer from us according to 247 and its one crystal ball prediction saying Michigan so i wouldn't take that as much

I don't know the answer to this. Do the children of employees of LSU get either to attend the university for free or for a significantly diminished fare?
Unless we are going to see him in a Braves uniform some day in the future, perhaps his love for multiple games has him having an interest to coaching. As a walk-on for one or both sports, he'd get the background for such a future and one never knows how he might develop into an "everyday" player at the college level.
If there's no scholly, I'm sure mom and dad can still afford the tuition wherever he wants to attend.

I'd Be shocked if he's not wearing a baseball uniform next year. Maybe walk on for football and wear a headset... Not at LSU though.

Pitching for Paul Mainieri, Les is always helping out the baseball team.

Could you imagine our fans if Manny wore png?! The uproar would be insane.

Heard he was going to Michigan to play baseball. Is he good enough for LSU?

He's actually a D1 talent quarterback. Now, before you guys jump the gun, remember I never said SEC and I never said major D1 starter.

I'd be happy to see him in purple and gold... But he is actually good enough in baseball to have an opportunity at a good D1 program... Not necessarily LSU, but a good program. But I just couldn't imagine him as a D1 quarterback...

Agreed I think he could play at SELU, NWSU.

If Manny did indeed say this--that he did not want to play for his father, makes me admire him more. This is not meant as a criticism of Les, but this shows that Manny wants to meet the challenge and actually prove himself, hopefully without his father's influence.

He's better than Rivers. How's that?

D1 talent is stretching it. He might start for Southeastern or McNeese.

He's D1 talent imo. He might need to sit a few years. But I could see him being a starter down the line. I see him going to UofM.
