Over 500 attendees. Several studs glowing about les and louisiana. Including terrance marshall saying he had mad love for the boot! Huge inroads made today.

Thanks for the fantastic news! I truly believe that LSU's best football days are directly ahead...this is the best recruiting program in LSU school history... we're now on track to reloading only...no more anxious rebuilding years...jmho

It's Terrace, no N. Kid is going to be a big time recruit.

Absolute stud. Watched him take over games, tackling the QB as soon as the ball was snapped.

I haven't kept up much with the whole satelite camps thing, how concerned should we be over this? It seems like probably no big deal as long as Les is around but I could see it becoming a problem for us the next time we hire a guy who maybe isn't an amazing recruiter and overall program manager.

Why would hire anyone like that? We are a top 5 program now. We will have a choice on the quality of coach we want. Besides, by the time les leaves that rule may be gone.

To an extent, but we should be able to hire as close to a sure thing as possible. I'll agree, there's only one les.

Harbaugh has created a monster with this satellite camp business.

I think the NCAA really will step in and give some rules.

There could be rational limitations that limit the number of camps (third parties with their hands out like we see in basketball) for the benefit of the schools, students, and coaches trying to stay on the right side of enforcement.

The NCAA could dictate that all satellite camps be available for any NCAA coach and all film from the camps be made publicly available. Part of the assumed cost of putting on the camps would be putting up a database with the film and characteristics of all participants. This would increase the availability of information about many more recruits - benefiting students and programs. But limit the number of camps you have to attend - benefiting students and coaches.

would never happen because we all know these camps aren't about the kids.

Although, the NCAA missed an opportunity here to really screw with Harbaugh and put guidelines on these camps.

"ok, Harbaugh, you say these camps are for the kids, right? Then how about we put requirements that each camp conducted must make highlights available for each kid in attendance, take all measurements (similar to nike camps with spark ratings) so they can easily upload them to the HUDL page and have more access to schools recruiting them?"

If I were the NCAA, I would have done this just to screw with him.

big11 ! programs don't care about classy coaches they would rather have a coach that lies about class and that is easily detectable by recruit parents ! ! !
