Gibbs has 5-star talent. If we don't get him, I'd like to get a couple of top 150 guys in the next class like we did with Davis and Emery last class.

Can't see anything from that tape other than speed. I wanted to see what he could do actually going against somebody or doing something to make somebody miss. This is an "ehh" from me. Gibbs is the guy I'm still holding out hope for.

How soon Tiger fans forget how much they criticized CEH for his lack of breakaway speed and how confident they were that we would have to rely on Lanard Fournette & 2 true freshmen if we were going to run the ball.

?

Im only stating that I would rather take my chances with a 5 star RB if i had the choice. Whoever it was picked out two anomalies to try and tell me that 5 stars means nothing, so i was just shutting them up.

I refuse to go and research like you did a bunch of 5 stars when i can show 3 and 4 stars that have also been successful.

Chuba hubbard 3 stars
johnathan Taylor 3 stars

SAQUON BARKLEY 4 STARS. just saying you need to not always look at ratings

I recommend that you go look at the thread titled
"Consolidated RB options". It has everything you need to know.

I'd take Bradford. Gibbs would be good if we can't get Evans, who I'd take. Bradford and Hubbard likely after that. The Brown kid from Texas after that if not as a 2nd guy/slot similar to how we like Achane.

Texas is interested in Bradford now, OSU prioritized him at one point but decided to take the easier get in the instate kid, Wisconsin liked him a lot but Berger was higher on the board, Oklahoma had 2 highly ranked guys until McClellan flipped. TAM took the GA kid early before Bradford really hit the scene and then prioritized Evans.

You're the third person to mention this kid since Berger committed to Wisconsin. Are you guessing/hoping here?

that's because Bradford was thought to be a Wisconsin lean before Berger committed.

Athleticism not verified in combine testing environment.

Looks like he just was lost in the recruiting shuffle largely by not doing the camps and recruiting "combine" events that are basically required for all the kids at the top of the recruiting rankings. His skill on film is undeniable. Reminds me a bit of Tre White's recruitment. Nobody had him on their radar til LSU coaches saw him and offered. Then the services reranked him as a CB instead of (can't remember if it was WR or S originally) and the rest is history. Sometimes a truly stud recruit just flies under the radar.

 has some Clyde in him

This is not a very good comp.

His running style is pretty much the polar opposite of clyde. Not much wiggle. Runs away from his competition. Shows patience at times. He is good tho will give u that!

Dynamic looking RB...would love to have him as a Tiger.

As a side note...and as an old fart..I can’t get over how many different uniforms High School teams have these days. We had home and away unis...that was it. Same pants and helmet...dark and white jerseys. I’m jealous.
