She's so fluid & versatile. Against Germany, she effortlessly drove for a smooth layup, made a spin-pivot score in the post, hit a velvet 3-pointer, blocked a shot, made a sweet cut for an easy score after a beautiful Mikaylah bounce pass.

After Angel & Morrow no-showed to USCe post-LSU visit, I think Dawn learned her lesson and is being proactive trying to get ahead of Sarah’s visit to LSU next week.

I think it’s just Geno and Dawn doing what they normally do. They will always recruit the best of the best very hard no matter how likely or unlikely it is they will land that prospect
Considering Strong is the #1 recruit, every program in the mix will scratch and claw to the finish line for her. It’s not going to be an easy recruitment for anyone. But lsu has a lot of momentum for strong heading into her official visit next week.

Her playing with Mikaylah was huge with her visit around the corner. Has she visited UConn? I can’t remember the last time a recruit he went after really hard told him NO lol. I wonder if we have backed off a bit on Joyce Edwards. Redus said he was going for the best class ever though so who knows.

There have been some that went to other schools and told UConn no but they generally land another highly rated recruit if they don’t get their first option. Boston was a ‘lock’ to UCONN but committed to SC instead. Toomey (23 too 5 player) committed to unc over them. Many examples.
No one is gonna land 100% of the players they want. Some years you’ll get those players others maybe not everyone
LSU is going all in on Strong, Koval, Cambridge and Edwards down the stretch. I know we are in Carlton’s top 5 but don’t think LSU is pushing hard for her. O’Neal is on the table as well as another top 35 recruit

Coaches are doing some in home visits the next few days. Currently in NY visiting Kate Koval (who will be visiting this weekend with Strong)

Yeah, if I could only hve two players in this class, it's Strong & Koval. I'd take Cambridge, of course, but she's 3rd on my list in terms of need/want.
The length, size, rebounding, blocks, & shot-altering that Strong & Koval (& Del Rosario) would bring would keep LSU in contention for 4 years, and I'm not even mentioning their scoring/offensive prowess.

If LSU landed Koval and Strong, regardless of how the rest of the class plays out that would be program changing for LSU. You know Kim will continue to enhance the team through the portal if they need more
