So 7 Bama guys move up and 7 move down and you conspiracy nuts complain. Checks out. No wonder every other fanbase laughs at some LSU fans’ constant whining.

These players moved up. 7 from Bama and Texas, 2 from LSU.

I've looked but it seems that Kendall McCallum hasn't moved. He is, IMHO, the most underrated player in this entire recruiting class.

It was just two days ago that you were silenced about this in another thread. Their composite team score went up while ours went down...so did A&M, UGA, Clemson and several others. This happens every single fricking year.

Lots of players did well at those all star games...several of ours did, too, and many of them haven't gotten the same bumps yet. This happens every single fricking year.

And Sanders didn't look all that great in the AAB...what did I miss? Davis looked better...I'm waiting for his bump in the rankings...I won't hold my breath, though.

And how about that Marcus Banks bump? I'd love for someone to explain that one away...won't hold my breath on that either. Pfff...what a joke.

Keep believing it's all coincidental in spite of the years worth of proof that these sites are biased. And, no, I'm not researching and sending links. I'm also not sending you proof that most of the SEC office in Birmingham is composed of bama fans.

You can be righteous and still admit to what's plainly evident...it doesn't take away from your dignity or anything. You'll be fine.

Exactly...and that's insane.

It’s insane to value the opinion of the best coach in college football history?
These recruiting services are mostly basing their rankings on what the coaches think. They don’t have the staff to actually evaluate all of these players.

When I see that a kid commits to LSU one of the first things I look for is if Bama was recruiting him hard. That is my quick check as to whether the kid is an elite prospect. I guess I’m insane.

You might be...what you just typed is really, really dumb. No offense.

Yes, it's insane for these services to be basing their rankings off where prospects commit to play...big yes.

Silenced about this? Lol. I don’t want you to have a total breakdown, because you are obviously one of the tin hat wearers. I’m just letting you know that your kind of thinking and constant whining about anti-LSU conspiracies is what makes every other fanbase mock LSU fans.

So Alabama is in cahoots with the NCAA (that’s why Saban can cheat), the SEC home office (suspension of White), recruiting services (why half of Bama players go up and half go down in final ranking), referees (Bama gets all the calls). Did I do that right?

Do you not see how ridiculous this makes you look?

You decided years ago that you'd rather lose than be part of a fan base that whines about cheating and unfair treatment. This is a personal issue of yours.

I made a different decision, and I don't give a crap about other fan bases. My only concern here is LSU winning. Oh, and we're not the only fan base, nor are we part of the only conference, that bitches about bama corruption either.

And, dude, if at least half of this fan base believes something, it's probably not worth continuously and purposefully labeling it a conspiracy. Have some respect for your fellow man...you can't be so naive as to have not at least considered all of this stuff at one point or another.

think it was Rivals that explained it perfectly years ago. Something about recruits that go to bama obviously being better. As in, if you commit to bama, you get a ratings bump.

well they keep beating us so maybe they’re right...

Here's the point, Sandy Broufax: if the recruiting sites give rankings increases to prospects that commit to bama, it incentivizes more prospects to commit to bama. This means bama is gaining an advantage from all of our use of the recruiting sites. It also puts all of the other teams at a further disadvantage as more time and more recruiting cycles pass.

Dabo just beat the shite out of saban, and Clemson's team ranking dropped while bama's went up. Looks like it's more about who these recruiting sites LIKE more than who they they trust. It's rigged...same thing happens every year.

He's a safety, by the way.

Is Brooks a safety? I know his size looks more like a safety, but there’s got to be a reason he’s being recruited as a linebacker. And it’s not just that he played LB in HS, plenty of players are recruited at a different position than they played in HS.

LSU coaches have said they want to use him like they do Grant Delpit he’s the (heir apparent) while more than likely getting some PT this year as well he’s too special to not get on the field
