If LSU lands Bussey, LSU lands another Top 5 class. It’s almost like people need to wait till February to make absolute assumptions on a class.

People trying to downplay what BK has done here from an entire program standpoint is crazy.

On3 has Miami ranked one spot ahead of us, they have one more five star than us but we have 8 more 4 stars. I think we have the better class based on those numbers. Plus we know that LSUanimals are just built different. They are on a whole other level than any other state.

LSU's 2017 class was 7th, and the vast majority of that class were hits, and many, and I do mean many, of those recruits were big hits. Of the 24 recruits, 15 were draft picks.

This class is similar I believe to the 2017 class. I think when it's all said and done, this huge haul of true freshman will be the group that leads LSU to a title.

Exactly this, you can usually take the top 3 maybe 4 classes and put them by themselves. And then the next 5 or 6 are usually pretty closely matched. If you are around say 8 or 9. You’re probably just behind or the same as #6 and just ahead or probably the same as the #11 ranked team. So when someone bitches that we are #9 or #10, we are probably just as good as 6 or 7
