Updated it. I like Garrett a lot. Really good kid, but he got his LSU offer because his dad and Ensminger are super tight. I’m not shitting on him cause I’m friends with him too. He’s a good QB, but I saw him play probably 30 games, and he wouldn’t be able to play at LSU.

Lol, I really wasn’t trying to be. I read the quotes in parentheses as meaning he thought there might be workouts and I was wondering if something changed that I didn’t know about, hence my post of I “don’t think” there are workouts.

Agree with you, at least at this point. But he is just a Frosh or Sophomore and was sharing reps. I think we’ll know more this season if he gets significant reps.

Plays QB for Duncanvillie and he’s a fricking animal. Won’t play QB in the college level, but he’s one of the best HS athletes I have ever seen.

He is in an insane athlete. Idk if he will play QB in college, but I watched Duncanville a few times this year and they rarely had to pass. Makes me wonder if the arm talent is there, but just not really on display in his HS games. The circuit will answer that question for sure.

I’m very interested in the route he chooses. He will be given the opportunity to play QB by someone. Don’t be surprised if his recruitment as a QB begins to pick up steam.
I used to think he didn’t have a chance to play QB in college, but he is really special.
