National signing day is the first you can send in your loi. Unless you are attending in the spring as an early enrollee

there's no proof he sent papers to any school, we just dont know. and we don't know what the context of CLM's visit is, just relax, enjoy the weekend and let Monday play out!

The financial paperwork isn't binding. He's an EE. He needs to have his shite in order now no matter what.

I understand it isn't binding,and I know what financial aid packets are, but my point is that he has been undecided for a while now and he has applied for financial aid at several schools at this point I would bet but to point at that one fact and say he is gone is just retarded

We don't know what type of paperwork. Could be preliminary stuff (e.g. get him in the "system"), stuff related to visits, or even the EE financial agreements. Obviously, it's not a LOI.
