Is Galilee Vestnys visiting next week, or do we think she’s done and committing to Utah? That’s what the discourse on discord seems to believe

Never mind. She just posted that she committed to Utah (*ugghhhh barf*). At least it’s not an SEC school and we know she’s going somewhere where she’ll never win a team title lol

Sad but glad she’s smart enough to know when to not push her body.

I wonder if she is thinking about following Konnor's path and ending up not deferring for the Olympics. Valeri (Hezly's coach) doesn't have the best track record in keeping his athletes healthy. I hope she heals up!

Howells chose Utah too...but I still think there's hope for Sparks.

There are two recruits that have not made a commitment to a college that have visited LSU. Tatum Drush who will visit Florida this weekend and Kiara Sparks. I'm not sure if Kira has another recruiting visit on the agenda. Will LSU be finished with recruiting the class of 2027 after commitments are announced by both these gymnasts??

*Kiari not Kira or Kiara

I believe Georgia was her last visit based on what was said on discord

Yes, I am well aware that Kiari should be spelled this way. Spelling mistakes can happen with most anyone. Thanks for being the spelling PoPo on TD.

does anyone know where the coaches stand with kiari and tatum as far as their decision making process? i heard tatum is the only recruit at florida this weekend and i know that visiting with other recruits you’re close with can often heavily sway someone’s decision one way or another. it seemed that both girls are very close with the crew they visited lsu with who all committed on their visit. i wonder if that’ll influence them one way or another

Word on the street from a current OU gymnastics parent whose daughter trained at the same gym as Tatum, is that she turned down her scholarship offered to OU and is now deciding between Florida and LSU. I’m not sure how accurate that actually is but that’s what I’m hearing on discord.

On another note: Not sure if any of you all saw the video of Emily Innes training a Y1.5 on vault but I’ll link it below. It’s honestly about damn time she’s able to consistently work that upgrade with proper equipment, coaching and training facilities. As our resident LSU fan from Seattle, I’ve been waiting for her to transfer to a bigger school for the last 3 years so she could properly upgrade her vault. I think if she can land it consistently, it could crack the lineup since she honestly probably has the best and prettiest block in the entire NCAA (it’s TEXTBOOK PERFECTION) and has very little built in deductions in her vault.

I can’t wait to see her compete (hopefully) in the PMAC. January can’t get here fast enough.

Someone just caught on to the fact that 5 of Tatum’s most recent follows on IG include the LSU Tiger Life account and Kaylee Bluffstone (who recently transferred out of Florida). Not sure if these follows mean anything but Florida is also not a GK leo school and Tatum has already been working with them for a bit now. Makes me think she might be committing soon

Missouri picked up Imani White and Kendall Morgan both 5 stars from class of 2026. That is a good fit for both girls and Missouri Gymnastics. Missouri's success last year at nationals has been a good draw for the program.
