The limit is 25. You sign 25 every year or you lose them. Right???

Trying to figure out why people are saying that we are saving those spots til next year....

As of now they'll be able to sign 27, carrying over the 2 they won't sign this year.

Early enrollees in December can count back as long as a full 25 wasnt signed the year before.
So assuming we dont add any JUCO guys, we can count back 2 players next year and sign 27

Saw an article (didn't open it) where O was complaining about the 25 limit being "unfair". Was it to do with this?

You can carry over some. Texas, Notre Dame and Va. Tech are doing it this year.

I don't know what about the rule he was specifically complaining about.

Because you can carry over spots. Very simple. Search Dandy Don and you'll find the interview
