Keep an eye on Steven Spalitta from Fontainbleau for 2023, too. LHH catcher, pulled commit from TAMU earlier this year. We have Neal for a few years, which could push Jones and Frey around to other positions and Blake Mitchell may be tough to get to campus. Need to keep stocking the cupboard behind the plate.
ETA: You'll start to to see LA get richer and richer with talent every year. 2023 is looking pretty nice, then 2024 and into 2025 get real nice.

Mic Paul is another guy who hasn’t been talked about much on this board but he’s a really good player. Tremendous instincts and make up. I know Jay really thinks a lot of him as a centerfielder

Unless schools just weren't after him much following not getting drafted, I think that's a mistake on his part. I can't imagine it's grades if he's at somewhere like Prestonwood
He needs to drop some of that bad weight and work on his control, two things going to any major college, whether it be us or Oklahoma State, would be much better for him

I feel the same. I just know better than to talk about roster construction, especially from a devil's advocate approach. I'll be straight to the point now and pick spots. Almost ran off like Nap but not yet.
