Both our schools got kickass classes. We'll be battling for the west for the foreseeable future. One of our teams will break Florida this year or the next and play for the NC. Life is good.

The truth is: Alabama stole the Louisiana players that A) had grade and character issues that won't see the field so lsu passed up on and B) were afraid of the competition at LSU and by doing so secured 3 4star players to get the #1 class. This is fine with me because i can't think of a single recruit of ours that isn't going to see the field and make an impact at some point in the near future. Recruiting #'s mean nothing to anyone but Alabama, so they can continue to take players for their numbers that they don't need or have character issues, that's fine with me.

Half of you have been dancing in the streets for months due to our #1 recruiting class... now, 1 site drops us to #2 and you guys are back to last year with your "rankings don't matter" talk.
Just relax. 1 spot in the rankings has nothing to do with what happens on the field. There is no way to predict how things will shake out. The number 1 spot is a toss-up between LSU and Alabama, IMO... you can make a solid argument for each.
And Lacy qualifying doesn't have much to do with it.
