The optimistic Aggies are something else with victory over LSU. Several have told me they didn't care if they only won one game as long as it was LSU.

They pretty much dominated us and feel next year they will make a dramatic improvement and take the SEC by storm. They believe Connor is their man to get it done.

There was so much doom and gloom around Aggies now just one victory complete opposite. That view has transcended down to players.

Do not want a&m getting this kid.

Lsu should try and get in on him.

A true dual threat at rb.

They’ve had top ten recruiting classes for a decade. A&M is pathetic. Jimbo left Florida State in ruins and he’s going to leave A&M in worse shape than Sumlin. Recruits do not believe in Jimbo, they’re just about that short term paper chase. Let Perkins, Campbell, Starks, Judkins, and others truly develop and flourish into elite NFL prospects. They’re the noteworthy freshmen in the SEC and country. A&M is hindering the development of these kids but hey let them go after the few extra bucks.

According to the Athletic (won't link since it is a pay site), he is looking at 5&7 (aka A&M), UGA and Ohio State.

That kid at Georgia? Man that’s scary. Not sure why Michigan wouldn’t be in the running of Ohio State is. Mike Hart might be the best RB coach in America and Michigan always has an elite line.

I can’t fathom how much more A&M is offering for these kids to accept being mediocre or rather being engulfed in Jimbo and company’s mediocrity. Imagine Nolen developed by a Cain or at Georgia, Stewart at USC or Ohio State, Matthews with Perkins at LSU. Truly is a shame, best of luck to them all but what’s a few extra bucks I guess to long term development? I truly can’t understand.

You might as well get ready for them to land a few highly ranked kids. They can throw money around with the best of them. Developing a cohesive team is another story and is not one of Jimbo’s strong suits. They’re bleeding older players from their roster into the portal who are pissed about these incoming recruits being offered substantial cash. I say let them keep throwing money at their problems.

That was well put brother and that’s going to cause MAJOR turmoil in the program. Vet leadership departing and freshmen/sophomores about the money without the love for the program, is a recipe for disaster. I don’t anticipate a major leap next year for them either, maybe flip their record. Hey at least they’ll be bowl eligible lol.
