Most of you posting in this thread are so full of shite. Trashing a kid because he is looking out for number one is disgusting. The same dip shits trashing Evans are the more than likely the same guys who have no problem with us taking a commitment from a kid and pushing him out a year later, for a higher ranked player.

This type of behavior along with the constant dick riding for Vol has ruined this board. One of you losers actually started a thread yesterday comparing Vol to Jesus. What is wrong with you people?

The mods need to clean this crap up.

Oh, this is a nice melt. Well done, sir.

Tampons are on aisle 5.

Will admit I didn't read entire thread. Who would we be looking at if Evans goes to the Aggies? Any chance with Clayton or has that ship sailed? TIA

We have much better backup plans than Clayton, but the names are being kept quiet because they are committed to other schools

I'm more cynical (or realistic) and think it's more about a bidding war type situation. Like the honey chicken DT who went to Florida St. Most of these guy's recruitment seem to be decided in the 11th hour.

Have you seen what CEH has done this season? He is a big part of the program change. Blocking, running, and receiving out of the backfield have been key components to the offensive success.

I think you just proved his point. Both Akers and Etienne were rated ahead of CEH. CEH was about the 20th ranked RB in the class yet we still have a great offense.

I have no inside information, but would be ecstatic if they would get Gibbs. His film is crazy impressive.

Etienne was never coming here, he just wanted the attention

Depends how you look at it. Do you think any 3-star RB could step in and do what CEH does in this offense? Personally, I think it’s more likely that CEH just turned out to be a much better player than his high school recruiting evaluations would suggest. It’s not often that you see a 5’-8” running back lining up at WR and making big plays.

Maybe Gibbs could. He looks pretty good.

With this kid’s behavior nothing can ever be a lock. I wouldn’t count on him being in the class.

Love to have him but his decision won’t make or break this class.

We were chasing Akers and did not recruit Etienne hard until Akers chose Florida State and this is pretty much factual.

Clemson entered the picture about this time and he then turned his back on LSU and understandable.

RBs are not program changers any more, we have much larger areas of need

I agree, generally, but having an elusive running back, in this offense, is a game changer. We have that guy in Emery if they can get him prepared.
