Friend of mine met Les in Covington. Les told him he just got back from Utah trying to lock down our next QB.

If les pulled in Cooper and the rumors of RSJ not being sold on UT are true...then this class might be a great one

Cooper is #1 on my wish list of QB's... We need a guy who is a legit QB not someone we "build" into one. Just want a tall, strong arm, Pro style QB!!

Bateman certainly can make some pretty damn good throws. Though, I'll admit, I'm not the best at evaluating a QB, he seems to throw pretty accurately and have good arm strength. He certainly seems as though he could develop into a great QB.

He's said he wants to play in the SEC, I think UF might have the edge though

Preach. I might sound like a big butthurt baby but I don't give a rats arse. Between Collins, Devall, Toshiro, and Chester I've been beaten into submission. It's nearly impossible for me to get excited or have blind optimism about potential big commitments anymore. :sigh: I need this class to be a 180 turn around from last year to recapture my lost enthusiasm about recruiting. Also shows how spoiled we've become
