Our experience next year will be better than this year's class as well.
They may not have as many minutes logged, but instead of having 3 guys who have played a lot and that's it, we'll have 2 guys who have played a lot and then another 4-5 that have been around the program, which is more than you can say about last years group.

Hey Rollie, why are you hoping people get hepetitas A because we object to you calling this class shite ( i.e turd smelling). We are still recruiting DL and OL guys and, if we can get one of each who grades out to our standard we'll sign em. -- Two best bets are Ferguson ( 5* ) on DL and Moses or Stone( 4**) on the OL. Wright and Fobbs will come on board and I have no idea about Lache, but with thunder and thunder coming in 2011, and with 3 RB's and a killer FB already committed, Lache is not as important as before.

Well said.

I never called anybody anything. I was simply asking if the early 2011 commits were an indication of a poor ending to this recruiting season. That conversation then led into a different conversation about the strength of DT and OL recruiting in general. Everyone agrees the performance of these two areas has decline, so it seems like those would be the areas to recruit hardest. Not sure why that but everyone in such a tizzy. I certainly do not wish anyone to contract hepititus A anytime soon.

Are you really suggesting that they are trying to mask the weakness of the 2010 class by signing an unbelievable class in 2011? This makes sense to you?

Did LSU push 2011 commitments to announce in order to soften the blow of a 2010 recruiting class that appears to be declining in quality crossing the finish line in February?
Are you serious? Why don't you wait and see who we finish up with before you call this years recruiting class a failure according to you.

There does not seem to be a real blockbuster interior linemen in the class on either side of the ball.
Maybe it's bc we got Brockers, Faulk, Lowe, Downs, Davenport, and Logan last year?
