Are we using high school evaluations for guys that have been out of high school for 3 years?

15 tackles in 3 years. I’d want to see more playing time and production. Maybe more depth and some plays per game but I’m not sure that he makes two deep chart.

He's an OLB who has never fully returned to where he was before a nasty knee injury in high school
