My guess is that he ends up at Miami or FSU. Both would pay him and both are in Florida. He can be a part of Cristobal's overhaul or Norvell's FSU rise.

Guessing LSU wouldn't pony up big dividends. I mean Perkins was getting mad money and dominating on the field, so I can legit see him getting jealous over it.

LSU needs some LB studs.

The structure of NIL creates weird incentives. Contracts aren’t with the schools, they are with whoever is fronting NIL money. Those NIL payers can’t obligate a kid to stay at the college, they can only make a kid forfeit money if he leaves. But that means any school willing to pay more can buy a go out. Best way to stop it is to backload NIL deals, to make it hard for a school to buy a kid out on a 1-2 year arrangement, but the market is competitive

The defense struggled for most of the season…Dave Aranda was under a lot of criticism…after the Alabama game …they starting buckling down …just in time for the Playoffs

We also had a lot of injuries early, the Texas game was brutal for both teams.

to play three seasons of eligibility remaining.

LSU head coach Brian Kelly just talked up the Florida native in November as a key piece for the future of the linebacker room. Now, Perkins is moving on.

“Don’t forget that name,” Kelly said. “Him and (Harold) Perkins will be quite the duo.”

"Now Perkins is moving on"?

Can't they do a simple proofread of what they wrote?

2019 defense was good, but not close to "great".
