He needs to move to Monroe and play for River Oaks. They are in the Mississippi private school association. He could stay instate and play football this year.

If he indeed has to move to play this year, the competition in Texas would be better than the MPSA.

There are actually some pretty good players in the MPSA. The depth of talent is not there though. LSU got Ridley from the MPSA if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, I know there are... but elite talent stands out anywhere but even more so in mpsa

I hope they use him on the offensive side too. Hard to bring down the times I watched him play.

Kid looks like he could play rb at a lotta schools. It puts a smile on my face just thinking about ultra athletic linebackers donning the purple and gold.

Honestly, if someone was watching his film they could mistake him for a jr or sr. He was easily varsity ready as a soph. It's scary to think that all he's done over the last year is workout. He got what's equivalent to a redshirt year and used it to bulk up even more. Kid is put together similar to Michael Ford.

If the guy had to miss a year for transferring, it's difficult for me to think he "avoided" suspension.

If the punishment handed down was a two-year expulsion, then him transferring to only sit out the one year was indeed trying to "avoid" suspension.

Don't quote me on this but I believe if he would have went to JCEP he could have played this coming year. That was part of the deal and he didn't go and that's why he can't play.
