Lamar Brown update?

I just posted this is the stickied thread but here is the latest from Shea about 30 mins ago

“Hearing Lamar and LSU are in a good spot still. Could come later in the day. At the latest tomorrow. But, based off two calls, I feel good still.

Even more so after Big Rich went ahead and signed with LSU as those two were holding out together and repped by the same agent.”

Didn't Lamar go to almost every LSU home game this year? I doubt LSU would let him go anywhere else.

Why would anyone worry about Brown,he was one of the first to meet LK at the opps bld.

My son and I talked to Lamar for a few minutes at the Clemson game this year when we were waiting for the team buses to arrive. I wouldn't doubt he was at every home game.

Of course he's getting paid wherever he goes, but the kid LOVES the Tigers.

I fully understand and support the idea of waiting to see who the staff is. I also think that it's wild that if I openly commented wanting the be the "greatest tiger ever" I would need to first be a tiger.

If I was in any sort of support role for this young man I'd say send in the letter and let this stress fall off your shoulders. We all know that whomever is the DL coach it will be a good one, and he'll probably have multiple throughout his college career.
