mplaya,
No I have not. I spent this weekend on my ranch digging holes in rock. I am putting up the first part of my 8 foot deer fence. I have your e-mail address and will set up a time where we can talk over the phone. I do not like putting my ideas or developments in e-mails and/or over the net. It's just the line of work I am in.

Oh and to the guy that posted above that I am not who I say I am. Ask Chinese58 because he watched the Plano - Temple game with me. Jen Seastrunk has met me and I had season tickets nine rows above her and her husband. Ask Lynxcat and he will tell you I am not Lache. Ask Scoutfan and he will tell you he graduated one year behind me at Denham Springs. If I were Lache how could I say that I have already scored 1 TD in Tiger Stadium in 1978 while I was in 8th grade.

I had to do that a few years ago for my grandpa in Kerrville, TX. That and build 3 new deer blinds for him.

Borne,

I think he was just messing around. Thank you for all your info and level-headedness (?) this year. Good luck to you and Lache. I hope he makes a decsion that he will be happy with for years to come (I say that fully believing that LSU fits that bill).

Mplaya,
My grandparents live in Kerrville off of Sheppard Rees Rd close to where it runs into Bear Creek Rd. I also owned land between Kerrville and Ingram. I sold that property in 2002. I have been going to Kerrville since 1969.

We all obviously agree that he will be a Duck and their is a small chance that he goes to LSU.

And I still think it's all Oregon. The ONLY thing that even remotely points to LSU (other than rumors and wishful thinking) is that the announcement date is a bit early for an in-state kid going out of state. However, there may be other factors with the timing, and January 27th isn't all that early.

Wow small world. That place is gorgeous, and the town is growing .

What I really loved was when one of the animals from the exotic ranches escaped and walked on their land. Since there is not a season we shot them every time. I have a African Black Buck, antelope and a Red Deer in my room at home. I also killed a few axis deer out there as well. The owners of 3 of the ranches actually gave us the permission to since it is such a hassle to catch them again.

However my grandparents just moved out to Raleigh, North Carolina . they did live off Harper Road in Kerrville. I hope to someday head back, or possibly own land out there.

Well I said the same thing about owning land in Kerrville while growing up. I was able to purchase land in 1995. The best part was year round hunting and now I miss it. So now I have to develop an exotic herd on my ranch in Ireland, Tx. The ranch right next to my ranch breeds top quality Whitetail Deer.

I find it stomach turning that some of you guys on here all of a sudden don't want Seastrunk anymore after wanting him for nearly two years! I think all of this started to relly change based on Spencer Ware's performance in the Army game. What if Lache was just having a bad game and Ware was having a really good one? I will take Lache any day. He is super fast and shifty; which is something we do not have in a back at this time. I do however think after next years class we should chill out on the running backs, and focus on other positions. But we need to have the want to want Lache!

Trust me, everyone want's Lache at LSU. They are just preparing a way out of the massive funk they will be shrouded under, should he choose to go someplace else.

We want him.....but....if he doesn't come it is not as big of a deal that everyone, including him, may think. Why?......

1. He will not start this year. It just is fact and any other thoughts aren't based on solid info. We have some solid backs in the system that know all the reads and blocking schemes etc. He can run as good as any, but that is not all backs here have to do.

2. If he doesn't come, we have solid backs and tremendous talent coming in next year.

3.He needs to bulk up a little to be THE every down back and that takes a year anyway.

Bottom line, WE WANT YOU LACHE but you better be ready to come and work hard and buy into the team concept and not the ME ME ME ideology.

Also, if Oregon is telling you anything different, THEY ARE LYING TO YOU! They have a clear cut starting YOUNG back for next year and the following. It would be harder to play there unless a major injury occurs.

LSU has more of an opportunity of early playing time. IMHO
