What’s happening right now is magical. At least for LSU and similar programs that put together this type of season, it’s not unusual for recruiting success to be more of a trailing benefit, where you see the most tangible recruiting benefits during the next 1-2 cycles and not necessarily immediately during the current cycle.

But O and staff will have none of that. They have capitalized on the recent success in ways that most programs aren’t able to, while fielding a team that is fully prepared to execute quality game plans on a weekly basis. Maybe that’s where analysts help the most, freeing up the coaches to recruit more actively during the season? Whatever it is, keep it up.

It took a little time to gather steam, but he is doing EXACTLY what he told us he would, on and off the field.

I’ll be the first to say I wasn’t thrilled with the O hire. That said, I was wrong.

I was pretty excited about the hire, because I imagined a new offense and a pretty high ceiling for our recruiting. I even defended the hire online. I still didn't imagine it becoming like it is today.

Joe Brady is exactly what we needed, and coach O deserves all the credit for that hire.
