He’s lost a lot of weight and is looking pretty lean. He’s down to 311 from 340 and according to Sam Speigleman he had a really good day at LSUs Camp.

When a young recruit is willing to make the sacrifices to make this type of transformation, it speaks loads about his work ethic and coachability.
