I don't think he has anything to worry about. IMHO, for LSU - Hill = Richard Murphy & Hilliard = Charles Scott/S. Ridley/J. Hester.
Hilliard will be a two year starter and recieve the majority of carries at LSU if he stays healthy. Ware and Ford will be Jr's when Hilliard is a RS Freshman and Hilliard will be next in line after Ware and Ford IMO.

In talking with people around the situation, I have no reason to expect him to go anywhere else.

Furthermore, he is supposed to be here by next semester so he'll get a head start on the rest of the freshman.

I don't buy it but will give the reasons why UF and Bama aren't any better.UF has Mack Brown,Mike Gillisee and Mike Blakely(this years commit)and their offense is not going away from the spread no matter how much they say it is.He doesn't fit the spread at all.Richardson will not matter for Bama since he'll be gone but they'll have Lacey and what happens if they land Crowell? We all know that with the offense they run that they'll get 2-3 more guys next cycle. He's going to face competiton no matter where he goes.Bama likes Hill more anyway.

That's so dumb. Hill was committed before Hilliard.

I know his uncle. He is solid to LSU.

It is true to say it is very unually that 2 outstanding top RBs from one state go to the same school. Usually they split up. But there is competition at any top SEC school for RB. Let's hope they both come. The problem I see is Hilliard and Hill won't want to redshirt.

You mean, or started school at age 7 or 8. How did you do in math, btw?

If he started pre-k at 5 then he has 12 years of grade school plus kintergarden and pre-k - that's 14+5 = 19 - check yourself b4 you wreck yourself

I heard that Terrance Magee from Franklinton may be the best runningback in this class. I like all three and you can never have to many rb's.

I heard the same thing. They all are studs though. What a 3 headed monster going forward. And with this line class, and next years potential line class, what a future running game!

I was actually told by someone familiar with the situation that Hill is actually the one who may de-commit if Hilliard honors his commitment. Hilliard isn't going anywhere but LSU...you can take that to the bank!

That rumor has actually shown up here before. Never heard anything about Hilliard though.

Something very drastic would have to occur for Hilliard to go somewhere else.

Have been told all year that if Bama misses on Crowell and don't feel like Buck Allen is the guy, that Hill is the guy to watch. They haven't let up on him at all and have always been confident that they could pull him away if needed.Don't know how Hill feels about any of it but Bama insiders feel very confident that they can make it interesting for him if they need to.

HEY, I failed Kindergarten because I couldn't share or tie my shoes.

Any chance Kenny Hilliard moves to Fullback since JC Copeland may move back to defense and Theriot** may leave? Look at the number of big RBs we have.......looking way, way into the future.

**i only say this since his name comes up during attrition posts.

Fullbacks
James Stampley 5-11 240 sr
Kellen Theriot 6-1 240 jr
Brandon Worle 6-0 250 fr
Kenny Hilliard 6-0 245 fr

Hybrid Fullbacks (Hester Type)
Stevan Ridley 6-0 230 sr
Alfred Blue 6-2 210 so
Jeremy Hill 6-1 220 fr

Halfbacks
Spencer Ware 5-10 230 so
Mike Ford 5-10 215 so
Terrance Magee 5-9 205 fr

Slot

I really can't imagine Hilliard playing fullback. I could see him moving to Linebacker before Fullback.

Nope, see similar threads entitled:

Any chance A. Blue moves to Fullback/Linebacker

quote:

Any chance S. Ridley moves to Fullback/Linebacker

Any chance Charles Scott moves to Fullback

quote:

Any chance Hester moves to Fullback

Kenny Hilliard was tailor made for Miles' offensive philosophy! One more year of Ridley/Ware/Ford, two years of Ware/Ford/Gore and two years of Hilliard/Hill/Magee.
