I mean you say that like Bass and Davis weren’t good together. In their one season Bass won SEC player of the year and Davis won SEC Freshman of the year. We were co-champs in the west and made the tournament but ran into a UAB team that was just a bad matchup for our team. The SEC tournament semifinal we lost on the Chuck Hayes put back in the closing seconds destroyed me as a high school kid.

Must’ve slipped my mind but I thought Bass left a year early. I must be thinking about him not staying for the Final 4 season.

Bass left after his sophomore season. He and Baby played one season together in 2005 and the Tigers went to the Final Four in 2006. It would have been great if Bass stayed another season but Tyrus Thomas ma not have blown up like he did that season.

Don’t forget Lofton was teammates with Adam Miller on the USA U-19 squad. Im really hoping Miller decides to come back and bring Lofton with him.

Maybe not such a bad thing for us Miller-wise. This might lessen the pull of going to TCU to play with the Guard friend & Coach if Lofton isn't going there too.

That’s the announcement I saw as well unless he decided to sign with an agent today. If that’s the case, he must’ve gotten really good news.

You can sign with an agent now. That part doesn’t matter with NIL. Plenty of college athletes have representation now.
