So blame the kid for committing too early. How is it the coaching staff's fault for him wanting to stay closer to home?
This is what he says, but not what he means. It's a good excuse to give the coaches, but you and I both know it's more than that.

Our staff is dumb if they don't full court press Ambles.
Also they likely saw this coming... Reason so many Wrs still in play...

Crowton needs to get the frick outta here. If you think losing 2 wr commitments has nothing to do with this offense, then youre an a-hole.

Welp, be ready for another shitty offensive year with only Tolliver and Randle out there catching balls. There is NO other receiver on this team that has proved anything

I think that is absolutely what this is about.

Hell those two haven't proven much.

Wright and Fobbs are nowhere close to Hunter talent-wise

That was basically my point

Isn't that the case every year for pretty much every program in the country?

I think Fobbs would get on the field before Hunter. Hunter is 6'4" 160lbs. Dude would get broken in half running across the middle if he played his first year.

We're still in the running with Boone, and Ambeles(?) right?

yep, we will be def taking a step down from davis and hunter to fobbs and wright---with fobbs being a guy many suspect will still end up on defense. i understand the staff is on fire for 2011, but maybe we should nail down this class. hearing the recent cassius rumors doesn't help either.

Yes. While Frank Wilson keeps working Reed.

Other teams have players in the waiting who are just victims of the depth chart. Outside of Randle and Tolliver, no one else really has any experience whatsoever. Randle barely played and Tolliver only played well at times because LaFell got all the attention

We don't throw across the middle...

this is true.
Anyhow, as far as experienced WR's, LSU went into this year with 2 WR's that were experienced. They didn't do terrible when the ball was thrown their way.
So you go in next year with 2 and hope someone steps up. Randle is good enough to make tremendous strides next year. There's no doubt in my mind with that.
Tolliver, Williams, Taylor. Just like any other program in the country, need to step up as well. This is no different than any other year.
