Due to the misses the past 2 years- specifically on the Dline- you take the best lineman you can get, regardless of eligibility left.
I wish we didn’t have to use spots on Juco lineman but that’s what happens when your Dline coach lands 2 Dline recruits in 2 years. Thank god Busch got Apu Ika.

I think Roy and Guillory will be physically ready to contribute as freshman in ‘20.
Not ideal, but definitely can’t miss on those 2 after last year.

But this didn't happen. We signed like 5 DT's and a handful more guys coming off the edge the last 2 years

Is a juco DL really better than moving a 3rd string OL over to defense for depth? We have plenty of big guys who don’t play much. Other than Buggs these juco DLs don’t usually seem to be major contributors. I’d rather save the spot for a recruit or great grad transfer opportunity.

Why would we need JUCO corners? We have a top 2 CB in each of the last 2 classes along with 5 of 3/4 stars. Stingley and Ricks will start and have plenty of talented nickle/dimes.

Davin Cotton - Transferring possibly. He went into the portal, came out and went back in.

I love all the badass players I really do but if we’re getting abused in the trenches it won’t matter. Go watch Bama vs Clemson again. Clemson wins that game on the Dline.

I was looking at the DL depth chart for next year and it's scary and not in a good way. Not talking about NT with at least Ika and maybe Shelvin. At DE you'll have Logan then all 3 stars that were ranked 25th or worse at their position(Farrell, Thomas, Jenkins, Evans, Savage). We need some Quinnen Williams like development and/or some 2020 DL croots ready to play.

LSU imo really has never had a serious need or lack therof on any talent on both sides of the ball since I've followed them. They always stay stacked no matter who the coach may be, and is always one of the most talent rich teams you can find in this great big ole country. There problem has been "coaching" since coach Saban left, and had he stayed it would LSU that is the dynasty in college football today, and not got damn Alabama, but that's the breaks I guess. Coach Org is doing a really good job in keeeping that talent rich tradition going "imo" even a lil bettter than coach Miles as of late. They just neeed to turn the corner and get a "National Title" under their belts, and once that happens they'll be back to where they used to belong and a whole lotta people willl be sooo happy that they are "baaccck"!! Tiger Nation will be back on top!!! Geaux Tigers!!!

Seriously, what happened here. You know we signed 4 corners last year right? Were you drunk when you posted this?
Ricks and Burns is the corner class we are signing. We need safeties over corners at this point
