Aranda likes him at ILB. 6'1 and 200 and can add 30 pounds without losing speed. Billy thinks he's in. Billy usually right.

Aranda has an unbelievable eye for what he wants at LB. Even though this kid is only 200 lbs right now, he will be able to add weight like Patrick Queen who's up to 230. White has great instincts and a nose for the ball.

I think he is referring to the way his plays. His Highlights and the type of stops he makes sure does look a lot like how White plays Linebacker and ability to blitz the way he does.
Obviously no one is going to look like D White but this kids instincts look similar.
