He looks like a gunslinger to me. Could be very good.

Turned down a scholarship offer to come here. I love seeing kids come to LSU that bleed purple and gold.

That's a great add for us.

What other schools offered him? Great to have local kids stay home

Mike D said he is a very underrated QB prospect. One of the camps(I think at Nicholls State) he was slinging the ball all over the place and everyone was asking who is he.
Offers never came his way for whatever reason. Welcome aboard

Would be perfect poetic justice - a walk-on leads us back to prominence.

I know I'll be criticized, but I think O and his staff are taking good advantage of these preferred walk-ons, don't cost a scholarship and you never know what they may mature into

Maybe he could be our version of Baker Mayfield?

you won't get criticism from me. I agree with you wholeheartedly AND I think coach O and staff are also aggressive in recruiting JUCO. Auburn does this very well.
it is going to take awhile to "retool" this team from a power running only team to a balanced attack with a more potent offense. I like the way this staff is going about it and I like this years class in a down year in the state. it looks like we are "looking under every rock" for players that can contribute to the team.
actually, Orgeron got a lot of experience at both ole miss and Tennessee at pulling out all stops in recruiting. he's a much better coach now; whether he's good enough only time will tell. all I know is that I want LSU to compete for titles again and if O does it i'm happy. I also am not biased against Cajuns.
