This is what makes me so damn nervous. It could go so many different ways. I am sure the coaches have a good idea but then again the remaining recruits could be keeping the LSU coaches in the dark. You would think with only 19 commitments to date that we have to have a good idea or have a back up plain or just roll with it until next recruiting year.

OT Kelly is the guy I really wanted in this class to give it that nice, well-rounded, star-studded feel across all the key positions of need.

Goes to show you the crystal ball projections are worthless. Florida was not even an option for Kelly the past few weeks.

For me losing Valentine would be a huge disappointment. I think we need a big space eater on the DL and TV offers that. Since we play light at LB in the 220-235 range, we need DTs that command doubles to keep the LBs free to flow to the ball.

I understand the staying home thing...but Florida was 4-8 and has 4 committed OT's and possibly adding Damien prince so he would be 1 of 6 OT's. Thats the main thing I dont get is why you would want to be 1 of 6 OT's committed
