The dates mentioned for Brown's enrollment does concern me; given the fact we have 2 outstanding freshman corners at lsu already - anything is possible

I think Brown will be at LSU, I think he threw out that he will be enrolling Jan. 8th to keep the suspense that he could choose bama, but ultimately there is just too much in LSU's corner for him. I have never been completely sold that Speedy was an LSU lock but I still feel he comes here solely on the fact that LSU is the common school between he and Willis since they want to play together.

If classes start on the 8th at Bama he would have to be enrolled earlier than the first calss date right? So that date means nothing a student enrolls before hia first class so he doesn't miss anything.

I think so too. He's covered these kids for a long time and I'm sure has a better relationship with them than he does randos on message boards wanting a scoop a couple days early.

Guys calm down.. Go look at predictions to make you feel better. All the recruits we want have late predictions to LSU. Adoree and Malik we will prob not get even though I still have a strong feeling about Adoree. Take a deep breath and know LSU will have one the best days on Jan 2.
