Tony St. Julian
Not great competition in video, but add 25-30 lbs. to frame and could be special RB.

With proper diet and supplementation he could easily do that by the time he gets to LSU.

Not really. At his age and the proper regime. Hell Moffit was saying that Arden Key will put on 20-25 lbs just the offseason

Please find me one player that put on 30 pounds between his senior year of HS and his freshman year of college
It's possible, but not likely..

So putting on 30 pounds of muscle isn't hard??
Brb, goin to get my summer bod

For the average Joe, yes it would be extremely difficult maybe unattainable. For these young athletes with S&T coaching along with Diet and supplementation, of course it's possible. Hence what I said about Key straight from Moffit mouth

Reminds me of the great Ryan St. Julien

I'm not shitting on the RB mentioned in the OP fwiw..
I'm just saying, in one years time it's got to be really hard to add 30 pounds the right way.. I asked for examples of it happening before, and I'm still waiting - and yes I know Arden key put on some weight but he also had a tall, lanky frame that he could fill out

First off he doesn't need to gain that much weight in just one year. Second I remember when Arden Key showed up at LSU he had gained 15 pounds of muscle from December when he finished his senior year to when he arrived on Campus.

You just proved my point.. are you arguing just to argue??
I never said he needed to gain that weight, I just questioned the OP's claim that it would be nothing for him to throw on 30 pounds

I just disproved your point because he gained 15 lbs in 6 months not 1 year.
I feel like you are the one arguing just to argue because there are multiple examples of this being possible.

Todd McClure. Think he was around 240lbs as senior in HS and started as freshman at LSU at 275lb.
