Jeryl Brazil is a Stud , can't wait to have him at LSU .

I agree that a lot of ppl on here talk nonsense about recruits . Most of the ppl on here have no clue about football and just come on here to try and get noticed . Get a life

don't you have that backwards??

hill to wear them out, and brazil to blow by their weak, tired legs?

That is the current formula that LSU uses, the bruise and slash, but it can work both ways.

My thinking is that if you tire them out first they won't have the will to go for the bruiser. I think breaking a teams will is the easiest way to beat them.

Great stuff Jessica. Welcome to TD.com! Post at will!

We feel bad about a poster or two giving opinions on a recruit. Sometimes it feels like we're a bunch of guys chatting, not necessarily placing thoughts for public consumption.

This may be hard to do with some of the peeps on this board but great job Jessica and keep em coming (the profiles that is)!

She will be bring you more interviews like this as long as you treat her nice. BTW, she just won Miss Baton Rouge 2012.

someone get her Jay Booeys email addy, I heard he's gonna be setting up a site shortly.

Brazil will join the long list of La kids that Saban wastes thousands of dollars on trying to recruit, but comes up short.

Did you happen to ask him about Bama?

Yes, we did. A couple tidbits.

Bama held off on offering so that Saban could do it in person.

Over the past few months LSU and Bama have changed places in his head a couple different times.

His mom wants him at LSU, but says the choice is his.

Jeryl has told me a couple different times he feels he committed too early.

IMO based on several conversations with Jeryl, this recruitment is far from over and it is going to be a battle.

Is it a serious option or just wanting the recruiting experience.

Nice move saban. Except everyone knows its bc he wasn't on your radar until he starting shredding at camps...

Did Brazil tell you that he is actively recruiting other players to LSU

To be honest, that is one of the most overblown aspects of recruiting. Most players do their own thing and go where they find it to be best for them.

I will say that the best thing LSU has going for them is Jeryl's friendship with the other kids in the 2013 class. Diarse, Tre, Boutte, Smith and Frank Herron are all very tight with Jeryl.

To answer your question, I did ask Jeryl if he recruits other players to LSU and the answer is no.

I stand by my comments that got whacked in the other thread. If he wants to be here then great if not then he knows where Tuscaloosa is.

I won't say anymore because I might get banned this time.

I don't doubt you but it seems everytime he has a chance he is throwing up the L. He did at the opening and does in numerous photos. Its just strange to me because it is the first time I have heard of his interest in Bama.

This is a lie that Saban is telling him and its sad. Bama may have show interest for a while but until Jeryl's stock started rising from camps and Bama started losing commits they had no serious intentions.

That is some very concerning news as most of us figured he was doing some recruiting for LSU. I still feel he will end up at LSU when all is said and done. I'm sure once football season is here and he is hanging out in Tiger Stadium with the other recruits, he will remember why he committed to LSU in the first place. Thanks again for bringing the interview here and sticking around to answer questions!
