No not in this case. In this case it is what occurred against the statute. The statute states if there was contact between persons of this age it is statutorily against the law. It doesn't matter if he believed she is 18. It is a crime in the State of Louisiana.

Listen, nobody on this board was their to actually WITNESS his junk in her mouth. It doesn't matter how old anyone is if it never happened.

High school kids can be very cruel, and being dishonest definitley fit's the bill of that.

She was fricking 14. 14 year old girls don't have the most confident of minds. They can be taken advantage of quite easily, especially when it comes to an older football star at their school.

Yep and if the parents complain and it falls under the statute the kids are prosecuted.

Thing is these situations go mostly unreported and handled outside of the legal system because most parents would not want to put there 14 yo daughter through a trial and face the public ridicule of going public.

It went on in middle school but between middle schoolers. There has to be definitive ages to define consent.

If you don't like the law, talk to your rep.

I agree with BMY/BYM,...this happens all the time, but young girl feels cheated and word got out, embarrassed and is now saying it was forced.

I just talked to my sister (RHS senior)..She said that the girl was a freshman and very attention seeking..She was bragging about what she done, but her parents found out and she changed the story that she was forced to do it.

Hill was arrested and he is expelled (like he was paying tuition anyway) , and the girl changed schools...

Hmm, sounds familiar. Just like every other young slut out there. This is the case far more often than not.

It doesn't matter if she was attention seeking. If he did the deed with her and she is 14, he's in big trouble.

It prob wasn't rape Bruh. She prob wanted to do it and people found out about it so he changed her story real quick. Girls do that type of shite. Yes it's wrong that she was 14 but If I showed you some pics of 14 year olds that went to STM you wouldn't believe that they were 14. I promise ya.

I don't think his ship should be revoked plain and simple. At least until after all facts come out

So say the girl is a little 14 year old whore who started blowing dudes at 11.

So?

Hill should have known better. Simple as that.

It shows his lack of intelligence more than anything, which is reason enough to revoke his scholarship offer, IMO
